Your Outdoor Kitchen

Are the BBQ and fridge included with the outdoor kitchen units?

No. The BBQ and fridge are not included with the kitchen units, but they can be sourced through us. We supply a range of compatible models and can help you select options that fit your chosen layout and budget.

Are worktops included with the outdoor kitchen units?

Yes. All kitchen units come with a ceramic tile worktop as standard. We have meticulously chosen this finish for its beautiful, refined appearance and suitability for outdoor use with minimal upkeep.

Can I change my existing order?

Yes, if you wish to swap any units on your order, please contact our customer care team at support@britishoutdoorkitchen.com - this may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?

If you need to speak to a customer service representative after an order has been placed, you can do so via our Contact page. Please make sure to include your order reference number when you get in touch.

Installation & Delivery

How long does it take to deliver my kitchen from the order date?

We aim to deliver and install within 14 working days if all items are in stock. If any units are out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to advise the lead time for re-stocking.

Do you offer an installation service?

All TBOK products will be installed directly by us to ensure quality control. Installation will usually take between half a day and two days.

I’ve received a damaged or missing item. Who do I contact?

Contact our customer care team with your order number and photos if possible.

How is shipping calculated?

Up to five modules – AED 1450
Above five modules – AED 2900

Payments

What type of payment methods do The British Outdoor Kitchen Co. accept?

We accept from a wide range of major payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additional providers include JCB, Discover and Diners Club, Apple Pay and Googlepay.

Do you offer a finance option for your outdoor kitchens?

Not at present, but this is something we working on introducing in the near future.

Care & Maintenance

Can the outdoor kitchen units be moved once installed?

Yes. The units unbolt for easy relocation, which we see as essential flexibility so you can reconfigure your layout, take the kitchen with you if you move, and manage maintenance or landscaping without hassle.

What is the best way to clean my outdoor kitchen?

Use warm water and mild soap on all surfaces. Ceramic tiles wipe clean easily, whilst stainless steel benefits from a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads to keep every surface looking its best.
